This must be done by prior arrangement and will depend on the day. We will accommodate this if we can. There is no extra charge. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage with us for the day if their  room isn’t ready early or they have a flight later in the day.

We have a late arrivals process, where we organise the details of your accommodation, organise payment and will advise you of your room number and leave a key out for you, so you can relax and get here when you can.

No problem at all if you are staying with us at the beginning and the end of your trip, leave your stuff with us while you head off and collect it when you stay on your way home.

No pets are not permitted, with the exception of medically certified guide dogs.

• Getting from the airport is by taxi and costs approx $15-$20
• Getting around Nelson the options are 
  • taxi
  • buses (we have a bus stop right outside and will take you to either Nelson or Richmond)
  • Uber is a very limited option in Nelson, are a couple of Uber drivers only
