What we do is all about you, our guests. We are focused on making your stay everything you need it to be, we love the quote, “enter as strangers, leave as friends”. We are Nelson locals, Nelson is home to us, we love our region and New Zealand. Having travelled a lot and lived in Auckland, Zambia, Hong Kong and Italy (several times), we really appreciate all Nelson and New Zealand has to offer and love sharing our favourite places and things to do with our guests.
We have been in the accommodation industry for 10 years and have owned The Beachcomber Hotel since late 2017. In 2018 we also took over Aloha Lodge right next door and amalgamated the two into one 68 room property. We are committed to making The Beachcomber Hotel a great place to stay and a great place to work and for both to keep getting better and better.
Our mission is changing lives one stay at a time. This means with every stay you are helping make a difference in people’s lives. We are locals supporting locals.
Like anything, our journey here is a work in progress, a journey of developing, improving, innovating, updating all that we do and provide. We love what we have done, are doing and are excited by the journey ahead even in this Covid 19 world with all the constant changes and uncertainty.
