Explore the Abel Tasman National Park

World famous for it’s coastal walking track and many golden sandy beaches. Things to do in the Abel Tasman include…a water taxi ride (Wilsons or Abel Tasman Sea Shuttles) into one of the beaches, where you can swim, sunbathe and explore and either get picked up again or walk along the coastal track to the next pick up point. Anchorage is our favourite stop with a walk to Cleopatra’s Pools and also the delightful Te Pukatea Bay. Awaroa is also a great drop off, for a walk along the beach with lunch or coffee at the Awaroa Lodge. Kayaking or sailing around the bays, camping overnight or for the real adventure seekers try canyoning with Abel Tasman Canyons.
